Rettie & Co. are active in land deals and development sites as selling agents. Clients (vendors and buyers) include private and institutional land/site owners, pension funds, property funds, commercial and residential developers and local councils.

Our unrivalled knowledge of the Residential market for end product gained through our New Homes Sales Department and our Residential Property Sales Department enables us to provide site owners with up to the minute advice on potential site values. Equally, our close relationship with Residential Developers (for whom we sold 330 units in the last financial year) places us in a very strong position to "place" development sites on an off-market basis or to run a full sales and marketing campaign.

Letting & Property Management

The Letting & Property Management department specialises in flats, houses and larger properties in Edinburgh and rural locations. Student lets are a specialty. Talk to our team about property acquisition, rental yields and investment appraisals.

We pride ourselves on the high level of tenant selection, which for landlords is the most important aspect of property management.  We fully appreciate the value of all properties and we efficiently take care of any necessary repairs and maintenance during the term of the lease.
