Karen Turner

Karen heads up our Lettings Division which covers both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The letting division is a growing area of the business and the teams manage private client rentals with approximately 1800 properties under management. Karen also heads up Rettie Short Lets which deals with year round short lets and festival lets for the Edinburgh International Festival season. Karen works with both private individuals and corporate investors assisting them in acquiring properties and to manage their asset(s).

With over 25 years of experience in the Scottish and Edinburgh property market, Karen has retained a real passion for every aspect of her role. With extensive knowledge and experience in the Scottish and Edinburgh property market having worked with law firms heading up their estate agency teams Karen knows firsthand how to deal with complex situations and remains committed to the delivery of excellent customer service. Latterly Karen had responsibility for the property division of a law firm heading up both the estate agency division which consisted of four sales teams and two conveyancing teams. Karen is a former board member of a Scottish Law Practice and also ran her own property consultancy business.
