Our Residential Sales Team aims to offer the highest standards to private clients and offers advice to prospective sellers through comprehensive marketing reports. With an extensive and varied portfolio and an experienced and professional team with expertise in all areas of residential property sales, you can rest assured that, whether buying or selling, you will be in the most capable hands in the property market today.
Our Letting and Management department manage over 850 properties on behalf of our landlord clients in Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Borders and across central Scotland, including Fife and Perthshire. Our dedicated team of over 25 are trained and experienced in all aspects of property rentals and we are one of the few RICS accredited letting agencies in Scotland.
The Land & Development team buys, sells and consults on a wide-ranging portfolio of residential and non-residential projects throughout Scotland. Our client base is diverse and reflects a changing market and the realities of funding. Rettie & Co's unrivalled knowledge of the residential market provides the Land & Development team with a strong platform of expertise and data when advising clients. Our team is pro-active and has a wide knowledge base within the Scottish market.
The Rettie & Co New Homes team has grown consistently since it was established in 1998 and our sales and marketing team currently service over 40 new build developments across Scotland. In this challenging market we understand the need for targeted and effective marketing campaigns supported by highly motivated sales teams. We are able to offer a bespoke specialist service in sales, marketing and consultancy & research.
Our Consultancy & Research team work closely with all other departments in Rettie & Co and as an independent consultant across a broad range of projects. These vary from single unit sales to strategic masterplans. Whilst specialising in residential development optimisation, the team is also involved in a number of mixed use and cross sector schemes.
Following its inception in 2006, the Rural & Professional Services department has continually expanded its service provision. Services range from farm and estate valuations to residential portfolios worth £50-£100 million. We are also increasingly being asked to act as independent experts and consultants on a range of valuation issues and disputes. Our valuations are recognised by the major clearing banks.
Our support team encompass a variety of roles, from managing our accounts to providing a friendly and informative reception service. With over a century of combined experience and the highest standards of organisation and professionalism, our support team are invaluable in allowing Rettie & Co to provide the award-winning services on which we pride ourselves.
