STRUCTURE: The
building structure is a steel frame supporting in-situ
concrete floors on
a metal deck. The roof is finished in zinc on a highly
insulated metal sub-structure on penthouse steel portal
frame. The external elevations are insulated cavity block
faced in render and selective use of facing blockwork.

and shower rooms floors are laid with a choice of
ceramic tile. The remainder of the apartment is finished
with a solid screeded floor ready to accept the purchasers’ own
choice of finishes. Timber veneer hardwood flooring

internal doors are finished in wood veneer and fitted
with brushed stainless steel
handles. Entrance doors to apartments are also finished
