Highly proactive referral service
A dedicated team of 'property brokers' based in our offices actively match potential buyers from our database of over 6,000 people to our portfolio of properties. This service is offered on a referral only basis to support a client's in-house sales team and fees are charged only when a referral is converted to a confirmed sale. Our brokers are primarily rewarded on commission and as a result are highly motivated to sell, which has resulted in a significant increase in viewing numbers and therefore sales rates for a many of our clients.
Flexible contract on site staff
Experienced on-site sales negotiator teams are also provided to staff marketing suite and show facilities and manage the sales process from reservation to handover. Our flexible contracts allow clients to increase and decrease staffing levels to match sales activity on-site, offering a potential of up to 15% cost saving compared to them recruiting and employing a permanent member of staff in-house.
All our sales teams have online access from site to the Rettie & Co. active buyer database. Over 6,000 active buyers registered with us in the last 12 months and the database is shared by all our offices, giving our on-site team access to potential buyers from both the UK and abroad.
Office based staff
For smaller developments, or as a support to client's in-house sales teams, we can provide dedicated sales negotiators based in our offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Melrose. Viewings on-site can be facilitated on a 'by appointment' basis along with full management of the reservation to handover process.
There is also the option to have dedicated 0845 telephone line answered from our offices with a personalised response for each project.
Reporting, analysis and feedback
