We manage over 800 properties on behalf of our landlord clients, ranging from one or two bedroom flats to large family homes. We also arrange student lets in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
We attain excellent rents and excellent tenants for our properties, and have a stringent referencing process for tenants. Our dedicated team of over 25 letting and management staff are trained and experienced in all aspects of property rentals, from marketing to safety checks and inspections.
We provide a range of services for landlords, enabling you to choose the level of support and day-to-day management you want. We offer Tenant Introduction Only (TIO), or a Full Management service (FLM) that can cover everything from marketing to maintenance, or even project-managing a refurbishment. We let both furnished and unfurnished properties.
We promote our clients’ properties through our own website and the leading property letting websites. We have excellent contacts with major relocation agents and corporate employers, who frequently come to us for Edinburgh properties, Glasgow properties, and properties out of town.

Rettie & Co are a registered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we hold our clients’ monies in separate business accounts, meaning your money is always 100% safe. Many letting agents do not separate clients’ funds in this way.
