In response to demand from our clients, Rettie & Co. are proud to be working with Greatbase to offer our clients the option of short term letting on their properties in Edinburgh.
Run by Katie Kerr, Greatbase is a well established firm, specialising in Edinburgh city centre properties for the self catering and short break market and, of course, the Edinburgh festivals.
We can discuss the options of short term or long term lettings when we meet you, and advise whether your property is suitable for the short term letting market. We can also provide anticipated rental levels for 12 months to assist you with the decision process.
