If you're looking to let your property we'll make the whole process stress-free. We provide two exceptional service packages, one for landlords who simply require us to find them tenants and the other for landlords who want the complete service of asset management.

Tenant Introduction Only (TIO)
A service for the landlord who is happy to manage the property on a day to day basis, but requires assistance with the process, from marketing and advertising, to drawing up of all legal paperwork and documentation.
Full Letting & Management Service (FLM)
A fully comprehensive day to day management service that is aimed at the landlord who is looking for a ‘hands off’ service.
We will deal with every aspect of letting your property, from marketing and viewings, to serving legal notices, carrying out inspections and dealing with deposit returns. We will allocate every property a dedicated property manager to act as the landlord and tenant’s first point of contact for all maintenance issues.
Upgrades and project management
We are able to assist our landlords by advising and planning of property upgrades such as redecoration and new flooring, as well as project management of larger projects and renovations, such as new kitchens and bathrooms.
The aim is quite simply to ensure that any rental voids are kept to a minimum and that the property is well maintained and does not depreciate in value. We are also able to advise and oversee the installation of suitable furnishings packages to enhance the property and its desirability.
