A portfolio of properties were managed by various other letting agents, but the Landlords were concerned with the level of service and approached us to take over the management.

A New Town townhouse was for sale through Rettie & Co, then sold to a buy-to-let investor who consequently instructed the Lettings Department to fully manage the property as a result of a tenant being found before missives concluded!

A full refurbishment was managed by the Rettie & Co Management Department. The property required upgrading to ensure it gained its maximum potential in an ever increasing competitive market.

Refurbishment of a tired student flat
After 13 years of back to back long leases, the landlady was getting well under the market rent for her dated looking 5 bedroom flat. After visiting the flat with us, she agreed that a full refurbishment would greatly maximise it’s potential and before the refurbishment work had even commenced we had re-let the flat for a considerably improved rent.
