Our Letting and Management department currently consist of a team of 20 who have a proven track record and extensive experience between them. We provide a range of letting and management services, to a portfolio of over 1000 properties, and we cater for landlords and tenants alike. We take care of all aspects of property letting, from marketing and inventories to safety checks and inspections. Our aim is to offer our clients a personal and professional service through the entire management period. Highlighted below are the letting and management packages we offer and we would be delighted to discuss with you the rental potential of your new investment.
Buyers through our Managed Residential Investment Opportunity (MaRIO) scheme will benefit from a 30% discount on our standard management fees. All other charges will be as per our standard terms and conditions.

- Repairs and general maintenance
- 24 hour emergency service for tenants
- Arrangement of safety certificates
- Annual Rent reviews
- Negotiate lease renewal and preparation of legal documentation
- Inventory check-out
- Deposit returns
- Finalise tenants' utility accounts
- Negotiate re-letting
