A former agricultural barn with planning consent (granted 5 June 2023) for conversion of existing building to two domestic dwellings (Semi-detached Bungalows), under East Dunbartonshire Council planning reference: TP/ED/22/0524.
The existing profile of the single-storey building is to be retained, the scheme proposed being a most appealing contemporary design finished, externally, in roughcast render, cedar shingles and natural stone for the walls and natural grey slate and copper for the roof detail.
