Recruitment ProcedureSimple step process - progress from one step to the next depends on the outcome of each step. Step 2 Telephone Screening InterviewFor certain positions we prefer to talk to you on the telephone at a mutually convenient date and time. We will contact you to discuss your application. To find out about the kinds of questions you may be asked click here Step 3 Personal InterviewYou may be invited to a personal interview with the line manager you would be working with. Step 4 ReferencesReferences and any other administration or information will be requested with your agreement Step 5 DecisionAfter the interview we will be in touch with you to let you know of our decision. If you are successful we will agree with you the starting arrangements. |
