Recruitment Procedure

Simple step process - progress from one step to the next depends on the outcome of each step.

Step 1 Application

Apply using our online application form or in writing to Human Resources, 2a India Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6EZ. Please provide your contact details and the role you are applying for.

Step 2 Telephone Screening Interview

For certain positions we prefer to talk to you on the telephone at a mutually convenient date and time.  We will contact you to discuss your application.  To find out about the kinds of questions you may be asked click here

Step 3 Personal Interview

You may be invited to a personal interview with the line manager you would be working with.

Step 4 References

References and any other administration or information will be requested with your agreement

Step 5 Decision

After the interview we will be in touch with you to let you know of our decision. If you are successful we will agree with you the starting arrangements.
