Our Land & Development team buys and sells land, development sites and investments. We cover residential, non-residential and mixed-use development sites across Scotland. Our expertise spans areas such as student housing, affordable housing, serviced apartments, hotels and care homes, as well as residential sites.
On all projects - whether they are residential or non-residential, with planning or without planning - our Land & Development team can advise on every stage of the project, from early appraisals through to site disposals. This ability is enhanced by a seamless relationship with our Consultancy & Research, Residential and Lettings teams.
The team has grown consistently since it was set up in 2002 and has sold or acquired approximately £410m worth of sites or investments during that time across Scotland.
