As Director of the Land, Development & Investment team, Will deals with site sales and acquisitions for residential, commercial, and institutional clients, as well as for banks and administrators. Prior to joining Rettie & Co Will worked in property development at Kilmartin Property Group after spending 8 years as a shipbroker in London and Singapore. Will graduated from Bristol University and went on to gain and MBA from Strathclyde Business School.

Nav joined the Land, Development & Investment team in 2010 to work on site sales and acquisitions of residential and commercial property. He graduated from the London School of Economics and began his property career with DTZ in London providing economic, development and investment consultancy on behalf of investment banks, funds and developers. Nav then joined Balmoral Investment Managers, actively managing commercial and residential property portfolios across London and the north east of England.

David joined the Land , Development & Investment team in May 2012 to work on the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential developments. Prior to this David worked for Savills in their Rural and Commercial Valuation Teams. After graduating from the Royal Agricultural College in 2003 he then gained an MSc from Heriot Watt University in 2010 in Real Estate Management & Development specialising in property investment. David qualified as an Associate of the RICS in 2007 and as a Chartered Surveyor in December 2011.

Annie joined Rettie & Co in 2006 as PA to the Land, Development & Investment team. She previously spent eight years working for the Faculty of Advocates, firstly in the Advocates Library and then for six years as Deputy Advocates Clerk in the former Thomson Stable.
