Caltongate, Edinburgh - Mountgrange Ltd. This major mixed-use scheme, covering 8.5 acres east of Waverley Station in Edinburgh, is an excellent example of Rettie & Co.'s ability to work collaboratively with project architects, commercial agents, quantity surveyors and planning consultants.  As well as acquiring part of the site for Mountgrange, we are advising on all aspects of the residential scheme as consultants and sales agents for approximately 200 units.
