Clients and Projects:

  • St James Centre, Edinburgh - Rettie & Co are retained as residential advisors for the proposed major mixed-use redevelopment of the St James Centre in Edinburgh's City Centre
  • Quartermile, Edinburgh - major mixed use redevelopment by Gladedale Capital of 19.5 acres of the former Royal Infirmary site in the heart of Edinburgh with over 800 residential units
  • Trinity Park House, Edinburgh - proposed major residential development by Meyer Bergman of a 6 acre site to the north of Edinburgh city centre with over 250 spacious, high quality residential units
  • Cambusmore, Aviemore - major masterplan within the Cairngorm National Park of over 650 residential units
  • Craigmillar, Edinburgh - Rettie & Co are residential consultants and sole selling agent for this major regeneration of the Craigmillar region; a joint venture between City of Edinburgh Council and EDI.  The development will compromise of over 3,000 residential units.
