Following its inception in 2006, the Professional Services department has continually expanded its service provision.  Services range from farm and estate valuations to residential portfolios worth £50-£100 million. We are also increasingly being asked to act as independent experts and consultants on a range of valuation issues and disputes. Our valuations are recognised by the major clearing banks.

• Formal valuations of residential property, farms and estates for secured lending and tax purposes
• Formal valuations of residential portfolios and development sites
• Acting as independent experts upon valuation and other property matters.
