LETTING NEGOTIATOR - EDINBURGH LETTINGS - PART TIME
The Lettings Negotiator will act as the principle viewer for all marketed properties and ensure that our viewings are carried out in a highly efficient manner as well as maximising the conversion rate of viewing to successful tenancies. Negotiators will provide an exceptional customer service experience to all in-keeping with the Rettie & Co. brand.
ON SITE HOME SALES EXECUTIVE (12 MONTH CONTRACT)
The Sales Executive will be working within the New Homes Department which is currently representing over 25 property developments across Scotland. The role will be mainly based on a high profile site in Edinburgh with the occasional requirement to work from our office for training.
PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATOR - EDINBURGH LETTINGS
You will provide administrative support to Portfolio Managers and assist them in improving the performance of their assets under management and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues and ensure that our processes are constantly being improved in order that the Portfolio Managers can provide the best possible asset management service to their clients. In addition you will carry out general administrative tasks as directed by the Compliance Manager in order to provide the best possible support service to the department as a whole.
SALES CONSULTANT - EDINBURGH SALES
The role of Sales Consultant is to be the first point of contact for all enquiries, demonstrating an in depth knowledge of the Edinburgh property market and an ability to match applicant needs to suitable properties, both on and off market. Also to proactively identify potential buyers and vendors from within the Reapit database, generating new potential business for the branch. You will have excellent face to face, phone and written communication skills and will be highly experienced at developing customer relationships and identifying and understanding the needs of potential buyers.

SATURDAY RECEPTIONIST - EDINBURGH
You will be responsible for providing a highly effective front line reception service by dealing professionally and efficiently with our clients and customers through multiple communication channels (telephone, email and face to face).
