LETTING CO-ORDINATOR (FULL TIME) - EDINBURGH LETTINGS

The role of Lettings Co-ordinator is to be the first point of contact for all viewing enquiries, demonstrating an ability to match tenant needs to suitable properties, both on and off market. Also to proactively identify potential landlords, buyers and vendors from within the database, generating new potential business for Rettie. You will have excellent face to face, and phone communication skills and will be highly experienced at developing customer relationships - identifying and understanding the needs of potential customers.

PROPERTY BROKER - NEW HOMES DEPARTMENT - EDINBURGH

Working within the New Homes Department the Broker’s core focus will be negotiating and achieving sales on behalf of a range of New Homes clients. They will be required to build relationships with potential buyers and match their needs to the properties available in the Rettie & Co portfolio.

You will have excellent face to face and phone communication skills and will be highly experienced at developing customer relationships and identifying and understanding the needs of potential buyers.
