  • 30ml of a gin if your choice (to make an alcohol free version, use seedlip grove)
  • 20ml of blue Curaçao
  • 30ml of lime juice
  • 30ml of sugar syrup
  • 10ml of grape juice
  • 20ml of egg white (pasteurised works well)
  • Ice
