Key Findings
- As MIPIM gets underway in Cannes this week, Rettie will be represented by two of its senior Development Directors, Matthew Benson and Dr John Boyle.
- The Rettie Team is part of Team Scotland, a public/private partnership of key investor and development organisations in Scotland, spearheaded by the Scottish Government and Scottish Enterprise.
- As our latest Briefing highlights, Build to Rent (BTR) is now becoming established in Scotland, with a supply and pipeline of close to 6,500 homes and rising quickly. This will be one of the key messages that the Rettie Team will be getting across to international investors and developers while at MIPIM.
