We attain excellent rents and excellent tenants for our properties, and have a stringent referencing process for tenants. Our dedicated team of over 25 letting and management staff are trained and experienced in all aspects of property rentals, from marketing to safety checks and inspections.

We provide a range of services for landlords, enabling you to choose the level of support and day-to-day management you want. We offer a Full Management service (FLM) that can cover everything from marketing to maintenance, or even project-managing a refurbishment or Tenant Introduction Only (TIO).  We let both furnished and unfurnished properties.

We are a Citylets Premium client which delivers high visibility for our brand and your properties. We have excellent contacts with major relocation agents and corporate employers, who frequently come to us for Edinburgh properties, Glasgow properties, and properties out of town.
