Purpose of the role An exciting opportunity to establish and grow a team, mirroring the exceptional sales performance of our existing New Homes sales teams. Your primary function is to build effective relationships with existing and potential new clients with the objective of generating fee income. As part of this function it is essential that you develop and lead an effective team of sales and marketing professionals, to provide the high level of service required by our clients. You will be responsible for winning new business for New Homes, as well as training, managing and motivating a team to achieve the department KPIs.  This will require you to operate efficient and customer focused sales systems, adhere to all compliance requirements and to input into the marketing strategy for the department. This is a great opportunity to join our 18-person strong Development team that specialises UK and overseas Residential Capital Markets, Development Services, Housing Investment and House Building. Rettie & Co can offer support and RICS-approved Structured Training Agreement. The graduate will spend time in each of our Development Teams over a 12-month placement.
