Part Time Letting Coordinator: Edinburgh Lettings

The role of Lettings Coordinator is to be the first point of contact for all viewing enquiries, demonstrating an ability to match tenant needs to suitable properties, both on and off market. Also, to proactively identify potential landlords, buyers and vendors from within the database, generating new potential business for Rettie. Resident Services Assistant: Build To Rent

Rettie & Co. has established a strong presence in the mid-market/intermediate rent (MMR) sector, dealing with the letting and (unit) management of homes funded through Scottish Government’s National Housing Trust (NHT) initiative. There is continued growth of this aspect of our business, and with ambitions to expand the services offered to this sector, as well as to the growing build to rent (BTR) sector, it is hoped that this role will enhance this small but expanding BTR team.

Graduate Programme

Our graduate programme is now closed for 2020. This is a great opportunity to join our 21-person strong Development team that specialises in UK and overseas Residential Capital Markets, Development Services, Housing Investment and House Building. In addition to gaining experience within all areas of the business over a 12-month period, the successful candidate has the opportunity to work towards or complete a RICS qualification.
