The student accommodation sector is a key growth area for developments in Scotland’s cities. Our experience in this sector places us in a strong position to advise developers and to work in partnership with them to launch new student properties onto the market. We can also manage student accommodation to maximise investment returns. Our current portfolio of student accommodation includes HMO properties and non-HMO properties.
