As Marketing Executive, you provide essential support to the Marketing & Customer Experience Director and Marketing Team. You work closely with the frontline teams and have very strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders.

You demonstrate a clear understanding of, and a shared passion for, our beliefs and values. You understand the purpose of our marketing is to communicate our beliefs and values to those people who share them. You understand not all customers are Rettie customers. By staying true to our brand values and beliefs you are skilled at translating these into relevant, engaging content across our marketing channels.

You’re responsible for executing planned marketing activity across our varied marketing channels and your strong organisational ensure that you are able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of quality assurance across all of your work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing activity across multiple marketing channels to generate high quality leads for Rettie & Co., including digital advertising, social media, SEO and PR
  • Manage our social media accounts, including planning, scheduling, copywriting and design.
  • Paid social advertising via Facebook
  • Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns through our CRM, database management and keeping contact lists up to date
  • Creating and delivering local marketing campaigns to support our growth ambitions
  • Use analytics and insights to continuously monitor and improve all marketing initiatives
  • Writing and publishing Property Press Releases, working with our internal teams and property journalists to ensure maximum PR coverage
  • Website updates
  •  Working on planning and delivering events such as Facebook Live and Webinars
  • Responding to customer reviews – such as Google, Facebook and Feefo

Key Requirements




Education and Qualifications


•Marketing related BA (Hons) or MSc level qualification

and / or

• CIM Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing


Experience and

Technical skills

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a  marketing environment

• Experience of all channels of the marketing mix

• Proven ability to organise own workload and work independently to deadlines

• Experience of working with and managing internal and external stakeholders

• Proven ability to write engaging copy for our website, blogs and social media channels

• Proven ability to analyse data, interpret results and present findings and recommendations

• Expert in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)


• Work experience in property or professional services marketing role
