New Business Coordinator: Edinburgh Lettings

Rettie & Co. have established a strong presence in the lettings and sales sector in Edinburgh and Glasgow, dealing with the letting and management of homes for the private landlord. Due to continued growth of this aspect of our business, and our strategy to expand the services offered growing the lettings portfolio we are now seeking a New Business Coordinator to support our Lettings & Investment Valuer and the wider lettings team. 

NEW BUSINESS COORDINATOR – Edinburgh Lettings

Accountable to: Director of Lettings

About the Role

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring Rettie & Co.’s clients and prospective client leads are proactively managed by way of identifying the new business opportunities and converting the leads and prospects into new business. The role in the main supports the Lettings & Investment Valuer by way of diary management; dealing with telephone and email enquiries; ensuring that new business correspondence is actioned in a prompt and efficient manner.
