Portfolio Manager- Glasgow Lettings
If you are an experienced Portfolio Manager and excel in providing an exceptional level of client experience, we have a great new role available for you in our Glasgow Lettings Team.
Reports to: Branch Manager
Hours of work – 37.5 hours, Mon – Fri with occasional weekends / evenings (on rota basis)
Purpose of the Role
You are responsible for all aspects of the lettings and management process across a defined portfolio of client assets, including the fee income they generate. As the principle point of contact for your landlords and tenants, you thrive on building strong and lasting relationships believe in delivering an exceptional client experience in terms of both customer service and asset performance.
You work collaboratively with your colleagues and ensure that our processes are constantly being improved in order that you can provide the best possible service to your clients and while also ensuring you meet all regulatory standards.
Driving Portfolio Performance
A focus on continual improvement of the performance your portfolio as well as maximising client retention and portfolio growth.
Full responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the lettings and management process across your portfolio, this includes the diligent and accurate processing of the safety and compliance requirements of each property under your management.

- Driving License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of property management
- Experience of Glasgow Letting Market
- Degree Level Education
- A general understanding of yields in relation to residential assets
- Knowledge of REAPIT database
