Carol joined Rettie in July 2018 and is responsible for driving organisational performance through effective people management practices. She is experienced in the full lifecycle of employee relations and is passionate about growing a positive employment relationship. Previously, Carol worked for TESCO and gained 16 years of experience from operational and HR roles, She graduated in 2018 with a Masters in HRM and is an Associate member of the CIPD.
