This was not my first experience with Rettie Bearsden so I knew to expect excellent service. This time of selling far exceeded my expectations. The sale of my flat became protracted through my being first in a chain but the service I received from both Sean and the ladies in the office was first class. From the initial meeting with Sean, right through to the eventual completion of our sale, Rettie kept us up to date and well informed. They were quick to pass on feedback from viewers and were tenacious in ensuring that we had feedback from all. Things did not go smoothly through our sale but their guidance and support made sure that we were kept informed at all times. They followed our instructions at all times but also offered advice when asked for. All members of the Bearsden team were polite, friendly and warm in their dealings with us and were genuinely delighted for us when things eventually fell into place.
