    Generally it was a quality service: photos, survey, viewings were all conducted as you would wish. When our sale became complicated thanks to a fraudulent 'buyer', Rettie acted effectively to contain that problem, advised us well on actions and had a second (genuine) buyer within 2 weeks. Undoubtedly good fortune played its part, but their systems also made it happen. Subsequently we found Rettie a good ally especially at points in the conveyancing when solicitors needed to be nudged or arms length conversations were needed with the buyer.
