The Retties team in St Andrews helped me sell my house recently. They were excellent to work with and kept me informed of progress at all times. They were all very friendly and they helped make the process a little less stressful.

Generally it was a quality service: photos, survey, viewings were all conducted as you would wish. When our sale became complicated thanks to a fraudulent 'buyer', Rettie acted effectively to contain that problem, advised us well on actions and had a second (genuine) buyer within 2 weeks. Undoubtedly good fortune played its part, but their systems also made it happen. Subsequently we found Rettie a good ally especially at points in the conveyancing when solicitors needed to be nudged or arms length conversations were needed with the buyer.
