Vincent, Alice and the whole Shawlands team have helped me on more than one occasion and they are always so professional, helpful and pro active. A really enjoyable experience with the right outcomes.

As an overseas owner, Rettie handled all the details I couldn’t manage myself. They coordinated everything needed to renovate the property and prepare it for sale, and the work was completed quickly, professionally, and to a high standard. The support they provided the whole way was so reassuring. They made the sales process smooth and stress‑free, and delivered an excellent result.

From the first contact over 3 years ago, the staff at Rettie have been courteous, helpful and never pushy. They were always available to listen and give advice where sought. We built up a relationship over that time, and even though there was a transaction at the end, they always made it more about the relationship. The whole sale process could not have gone better. From the first time I met Max Mills I knew that Rettie was the correct choice for selling the property. That was completely confirmed from the way the property was marketed through to the actual sale which was a little over a month from appointment.
