The promotion of the property was supervised by two Rettie managers who provided a weekly status on viewing numbers and the level of interest generated. At least one of these managers could be contacted during office hours and detail provided on the steps taken to further promote where necessary.

Very efficient from start to finish.
From initial visit by Max and then dealing with Maz it all went very smoothly, with regular updates and an idea of those who viewed and their impressions and potential interest in the flat. Not Rettie's error but the only hiccup was the photographer turning up sooner than was planned meaning they missed some extra props I wanted in the photos and no aerial shots as anticipated. But some were added from a previous property marketing. But marketing of the proeprty got underway very quickly.
