Aileen Gemmell

Aileen joined Rettie in May 2021 to lead the newly established Customer Experience Team. She later transitioned into the IT Team where she collaborates with various departments to drive process efficiency and enhance the customer journey through analysing data and customer feedback. Before Rettie, Aileen worked in a customer-facing sales role within the travel industry.
