Aimee Orrock

Aimee returns to Rettie after 12 years, joining the New Homes team as Associate Director. Having first joined Rettie in 2014 as a Marketing Account Manager, Aimee has spent the years since building a broad career across the property industry, gaining experience in residential sales, new homes, land, conveyancing, marketing, home buying, business development and corporate account management. Aimee spent almost a decade with Miller Homes, progressing from Sales Adviser to Sales Manager, where she developed extensive experience working across new home developments and building strong relationships with buyers, sales teams and developer clients. More recently, Aimee has worked across the wider property sector, giving her a rounded understanding of the different stages of the property journey and the people involved, from land and development through to sales and conveyancing. In her role as Associate Director, Aimee will work closely with housebuilders and developers across Scotland, supporting the delivery of new home developments through sales strategy, market knowledge, client relationships and a strong understanding of the buyer journey. Aimee is passionate about property and enjoys building genuine relationships, understanding what makes a development work and bringing together the commercial and customer sides of the industry to achieve the best possible results.
