Claire joined Rettie in 2019, starting her career as a Property Broker in the New Homes Team. Now Associate Director for New Homes, Claire is responsible for delivering and overseeing property broker sales and being the day-to-day contact for our various developer clients. As well as analysing data for sales strategies, progress reviews & quarterly meetings, Claire thrives brokering property deals on behalf of both buyers and sellers on and off-market.
During her journey with Rettie New Homes, Claire has worked across a diverse portfolio of developments and buyer demographics, from first-time buyers to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Claire has established and maintained strong professional relationships with developers across Scotland as well as applicants across the world. Managing buyers globally has allowed Claire to understand and recognise international trends and interest in the Scottish property markets from overseas which allows the New Homes Sales and Marketing Team to target specific countries and demographics so as to reach both national and international markets for specific developments.
