Ros joined Rettie in 2005 as a Lettings Administrator, quickly progressing within the Edinburgh team to become a Viewing and Letting Agent, Property Manager and Lettings Department Manager in 2010. Following the birth of her two sons, Ros took on a more flexible role as the New Business Manager, giving her a better work-life balance and now uses her strengths to focus on growing the Edinburgh lettings portfolio and the onboarding of new landlords and properties.
