Spencer was born and raised in Edinburgh and brings over four years of experience in financial crime, specialising in AML, KYC, scams, lost and stolen card fraud, and adherence to FCA compliance regulations. Her career began in a telephony-based fraud role, where she quickly established herself as a capable and reliable agent. Spencer has worked across multiple departments, developing a broad and adaptable skillset. She is excited to bring her expertise in customer service and operational support to Rettie’s new Edinburgh South branch, contributing to the success of the Lettings, Sales, and Financial Services teams.
