Born and raised in Edinburgh, Zoe combines a strong foundation in premium client service with a growing passion for property. Her six years as Premium Cabin Crew with Emirates equipped her with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Since joining the Edinburgh Lettings team, Zoe has built on her experience in client services before transitioning into the Short Lets and New Business team. Zoe plays a key part in the onboarding process for new landlords and properties. She guides clients through every stage, from initial enquiry to preparing listings, coordinating compliance checks, and ensuring a smooth handover to the property management team.
Zoe’s personable approach and thorough understanding of client needs help build strong relationships from the outset, setting the tone for a successful partnership. Now based in our Morningside branch, she is excited to continue growing her expertise and contributing to the expansion of our portfolio across Edinburgh.
