I had been setting my property through Rettie for the past 15 years and decided to sell when the tenants were leaving around Christmas last. At every turn the staff there were so helpful in every way throughout the time it was rented and from the time I decided to sell the property. We were particularly fortunate in being assigned Fraser Wardhaugh to handle our sale. His proactive approach, combined with a calm demeanor and the ability to leverage excellent relationships with all the parties concerned with our sale, was fundamental to getting the sale over the line with our sanity in place! This was particularly impressive given his move to the Melrose office mid way through proceedings. A special shout out too for Kate Purdie who was instrumental in getting people through the door to view.
