Becky Lindsay
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Becky is responsible for the Marketing, IT, Risk & Compliance and Human Resource teams. Becky works proactively with the Executive Team on the strategic direction of the business and ensuring a focus on both the customer and employee experience is at the heart of everything we do. She joined the company in 2004 and worked for seven years in New Homes Team before moving into her operational role. Prior to joining Rettie, Becky worked in Retail, including seven years at IKEA UK.
