Fergus joined Rettie in 2021 as an Associate Director and heads up the Rural Asset Management Department. Fergus is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association for Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) and can provide a wide range of rural professional services including; farm and estate management, energy/renewables, utilities, valuation, sales, agricultural landlords and tenants, lettings, and planning and development opportunities.
