Shona joined Rettie as Director of Marketing & Customer Experience in 2021, after working closely with the business since 2016 in a consultancy role. Shona's remit is to deliver our strategic marketing growth plans and to build and grow our customer experience team who are focused on delivering best in class service to all our customers.
