The new branch on Bell Street is headed up by George Lorimer, formerly of Galbraith, who joins as local Director. George is also joined by experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Shona Burdis, who he has worked with previously, and Caitlin Clark, Sales Negotiator, who has come from Maloco & Associates.
The new branch offers traditional and high-quality service lines for sales, new homes, and lettings and has now officially opened its doors (by appointment only until Covid restrictions lift further).
St Andrews has been identified as a prime location due to the strong performance of property sales in the town during 2020 and the last decade. The average house price in 2020 was just under £320k, 68% higher than the Scottish average, and over the past 3 years average house prices have increased by 11% in the town.
