Expanding Our Reach: New Edinburgh South Branch

Another landmark moment of 2025 was the opening of our brand-new Edinburgh South branch.

Morningside has long been one of Edinburgh’s most desirable neighbourhoods, with high tenant demand, excellent amenities, and a vibrant rental market. Opening a dedicated branch here strengthens our local presence and enables us to offer even more tailored, on-the-ground support to clients.

The new branch has already become a hub for the local community and a powerful addition to our Edinburgh lettings network.

Connecting With the Industry: Scottish Letting Day at Murrayfield

This year, members of our team attended Scottish Letting Day at Murrayfield, one of the most important events in the lettings calendar.
The conference provided valuable insights into the evolving Scottish rental landscape, including legislative updates, market trends, and best practice discussions with industry leaders.
