Rettie Wins at Homes for Scotland Awards

Rettie were named Associate Member of the Year at the recent Homes for Scotland Annual Awards.

Homes for Scotland is the membership and representative body of the residential development sector in Scotland.

This award recognised Rettie’s work in supporting the building industry in Scotland over the past year and particularly emphasised:

• Our work in informing the industry and home buyers and sellers on market changes and policy interventions.
• Our innovative work on devising cost effective methods for assessing housing need and demand in Scotland to help to inform the planning process
• Our assistance on the project that estimated the ‘Value, Incidence and Impact of Developer Contributions’, published by the Scottish Government, which estimated housing developer contributions to affordable housing and wider infrastructure across the country.
