- As our latest Briefing highlights, Build to Rent (BTR) is now becoming established in Scotland, with a supply and pipeline of close to 6,500 homes and rising quickly. This will be one of the key messages that the Rettie & Co. Team will be getting across to international investors and developers while at MIPIM.
