Neil Cunningham

Originally from Edinburgh, Neil has returned home to Scotland, having worked in the London property market since 2005. He joined Rettie in April 2022 from Knight Frank, where he has worked since 2017 as a Partner, Regional Head, within their London and Country residential business. Prior to that Foxtons for 12 years in both Sales and Lettings at an Operation Director level within London’s Prime and Super Prime property market. Neil has a proven track record of strategic, knowledge and change management skills within the UK property sector.

Neil has a strong customer experience ethos. He champions a collaborative and supportive process while coaching and developing multi channelled teams to deliver consistent customer experience. With Neil’s industry expertise, he will optimise business operations and processes at Rettie while the business continues to grow in Scotland and the North of England.
