Rettie acted as residential consultant to funder Nuveen Real Estate (previously TH Real Estate) to curate a residential offering symbiotic to the commercial elements of the development. With the delivery of the scheme completed in late 2022, our New Homes Sales Division acted alongside Native Land setting an Edinburgh residential sales value record in excess of £1,000 per square foot.
