This morning we hosted our very first Rettie live webinar. First to take to the online stage were our new St Andrews branch who presented on the property insights and demand behind their recent branch opening. We are delighted to announce that we have officially opened our new branch on Bell Street in the heart of St Andrews. Our newly opened branch is headed up by George Lorimer as Director, and will provide bespoke service as well as focused and personalised marketing of properties in North East Fife, including St Andrews, along the Fife Coastal trail and over into Dundee and Tayside. St Andrews has been identified as a prime location due to the strong performance of property sales in the town during 2020 and the last decade, we are looking forward to bringing our skilled team directly to the area to deliver high quality Rettie service values in this booming market.

We are very pleased to announce that we have a new leader joining us to manage the Melrose and Berwick offices and support the continued growth and strong positions we hold in the respective markets. Fergus Thomson brings strong leadership qualities and a new complimentary professional skill set.
