20 Homes
Property developers Square and Crescent restored and refurbished five interconnecting B Listed townhouses to provide twenty regal homes, ranging from studio to four bedrooms. The buildings were built in 1878 and formed the later parts of the Walker Estate. The apartments offered both private and communal gardens, sleek finishes and elegant spaces filled with light. This development instils uncompromising attention to detail, creating a sanctuary in the heart of the city.
